Return Policy

You have 15 days to return the product if the product is not right/adequate as per your order. Gardensneed will refund/exchange the products as per your requirement if the product has not been damaged, soiled, washed, used, altered or worn and that all labels and tags are attached. Any action of return policy will be taken mutually between buyer and Gardensneed team as per adequacy.

Payment Refund ?

Product will be exchanged/refunded after examine the product accordingly within 15 to 30 days. 

Refund Guarantee

If you didn't receive your product or it is significantly different to the description, we guarantee to refund your payment .All the returns are handled by Gardensneed  team. We encourage customers to check the products on delivery, if the customer is not satisfied with any product it has to be returned immediately. The returned product can be replaced or the amount adjusted in the bill as per customer requirement. Those Products which came along as a part of any special deal cannot be returned individually, rather the deal has to be accepted or returned completely. There is no return of the products accepted at time of delivery, used partially or fully.
